BAD MOOD

I know, it's hard to believe that I would be in a bad mood.  I don't know why.. but I'm so GROUCHY!  It couldn't be because Noah asks me 10000000000000000000 questions a day.  Sure it's great that he's smart and all.. but I'm not.. so I don't have 1000000000000000000 answers...  Is it bad that if he keeps asking me the same questions 100000000000000000 times (ie. where are my shoes??)  that I have to catch myself before "up your hiney" comes out of my mouth?  Or is it bad that when your daughter gets in trouble and comes out of her room to tell you, "I DON'T LIKE YOU MOMMY"  you start to laugh and say, "Good.. now get back to your room!"  and you can't stop laughing?  Or your husband is getting home late so you make them eat sandwiches and watch 'THE SOUND OF MUSIC' because that will make them quiet!  (Yes, only MY children would sit in front of the TV to watch 'Sound of Music')--that movie does put me in a good mood.
I'm so grouchy that I will tell you all the reasons I live in PWT-ville (Poor White Trash- for you rich folk that don't know what PWT means..)

*My neighbors have cut-outs of the Little Mermaid, Peter Pan and a headboard in their backyard.  For decoration.  They are of African American Descent.  (*DESCLAIMER*  Not that African American Descent is bad.  After all if African American was bad then it would be PAAT not PWT.. so I'm not dissing African American's..  some of my favorite people in the world are African Americans.. seriously, not sarcastic.  I've even wanted to adopt a little african american baby.  THE reason it makes my PWT post is because I just think that it's odd that African Americans have cutouts of Peter Pan and Little Mermaid.. I'm just sayin'  wouldn't it be buckwheet (sp?) wait.. is Buckweet african american??  not sure.. so maybe Bill Cosby??  or Will Smith.. that would be a good cut out...)

*My across the street neighbors.. wow.  They are out in their garage 24/7.  seriously.  24/7.  They have a one year old that is out in the garage 24/7.  I swear they even sleep out there.  They have a dining room set up, TV, and the infamous neon Coors Lite sign.  They smoke, drink, and chase a one year old.. sometimes it's pretty humorous.  They are fun to watch.

*My other across the street neighbor is kindly referred to in our house as "grandma".  One time when our trash can was stolen, Noah yells out, "MAYBE THE OLD GRANDMA TOOK IT!!"  embarassing!  She now has 2 "mentally-handicapped" grandchildren living with her.  (I'm trying to be as politically correct as I can be... is it working?)  One is a bon (boy/man) in his later 20's and he sits in the garage (what is it with my neighborhood and sitting in garages.. maybe cause no one can afford air conditioning....) smoking in a rocking chair... staring at my tree.. or is it my mailbox??  hmmm.. not sure.  The other grandchild is a giroman (girl/woman) around the same age as the bon.  She has been seen in the rain wearing a white T-shirt and leopard underwear.  in the rain.  leopard underwear.  white shirt.  nuff said.  The grandma is the Neighborhood democrat.  She talks in a smokey-voice yell and wont wave at you to save her life.  She has talked to me once when she cleaned out her house and wanted to know if we wanted her granddaughters baby clothes.  nice gesture.

*There are the ones that live two doors down.  wow.  there are 5 kids living there.  I believe they all have different dads.  The little girl goes to Sophie's (Rachel's little girl) school and is the "bully" of kindergarten.  can't understand why.

*one has a pet squirrel...  we will leave that one alone.

I have to say my neighborhood is the best though.  I have a lot of people that watch out for us.  I really do love my house and neighborhood.  It's been a great place for the kids to grow up.  It helps that some friends of ours live a street over, and Rach lives in the neighborhood next door.  It's great for where we are in our lives.

Hey a house is for sale on my street...  any takers??  It makes for cheap entertainment!
