Four years ago, I had NO idea that I wanted a third child.. and either did Chris. We were going about our daily business with our two kids.. being a 4 person family. One boy, one girl and a dog. All American family, right? Then we found out a little one was on their way.
Hmmmm. Three years ago, our family of four became a family of five and life has NEVER been the same, and aren't we glad!!! Kara was the missing puzzle piece that we didn't know we needed! This little girl has added so much joy to our already happy family.

What she lacks in size, she makes up for in PERSONALITY! She is the biggest littlest clown I know. She is always trying to make someone laugh... mainly herself!

Her imagination is just as HUGE as her personality. She loves to draw lines on herself to make herself a "baby zebra"..

What a nut! But, as crazy as she is, she is also very loving. She adores her cousins and likes to "baby" them. She is very sweet to her friends. She also loves to hug, not so much kiss, but DOES like to lick! (told you... SHE CRAZY!) Unlike the other two, you can NEVER leave Kara alone... you will come back to either a concussion, black eye, marker on her (or the wall.. or the floor), poop on the wall (only at Mimi's house..
hahaha),
Vaseline in the hair, VICK.s in the eyes, or her looking panicked saying, "it's
OK mommy" (to which you don't EVEN want to know what she did). I bet you want us as house guests now, don't ya? Nah, she is GREAT at other peoples houses...
I'm almost sure of it! ;)
Noah and Kate love her, and she loves them just as much. She wants to do EVERYTHING they do and just like they do it. For siblings, they get a long pretty well. Sure they have their moments, but don't we all?? Kara has balanced out our family quite nicely. We are SO blessed that 3 years ago she made her entrance into this world! Happy Birthday (2 days ago), Kara (
Karaboose,

KARAJOYCE, and my favorite nick-name "OH MY GOSH WHAT DID YOU JUST DO???????????"). I can't IMAGINE what our life would be like without you in our family. Thanks for the laughs, and know we have a lot more to laugh about in our future!
