Overdue..

It's the long awaited post y'all are anxiously awaiting for!  I know you are sitting there on the edge of your seat, biting your nails, while wondering... "what have those crazy Surface people been up to!?  Well..  let me just tell you.. NOTHING!  Not really.  We have been very busy lately. (Busy going crazy..  busy wondering when I got three kids..  busy wondering when I will have a break...  speaking of break, must. go. potty....)

So the other day my kids decided to do an "art" project.  Me being the good mom that I am, decided that they could use baby powder, sugar, and a paper plate, and make something purdy.  (Glue!?  Yes, THAT would have been helpful...)  After all, if they are busy doing an art project, then I can play on the computer.. right!?  The question here is.. was it really worth it???

I think NOT!  After THREE hours of trying to get that stuff off the floor.. I made Noah mop..  

Notice how one of the pictures is foggy??  yes, that would be baby powder.  Now every time I turn on the vacuum.. baby powder comes flying out!  Oh well..  better than dog poop!

We also put up our Christmas tree...  

notice the stockings on her feet?  yeah, we told her to put the stockings up and this is what she did..  she cracks me up (o.k..  what the crap???  why is this underlining and blue.. AGAIN??  I am about to throw this out the freakin' window...)

which turned in to a panic attack for my son.  He got so upset because the house needed to be "how it was before"  and the "tree should not be up until Christmas day."  seriously. panic. attack.  I don't know where he gets his anxiety from..  (anyone have an extra tranxene??  mom?  Rach? Chris?).  

We also decorated the outside of our house.. which I have NO pictures of because my camera ran out of batteries.  It looks really cute though, so if you wanna see it.. DRIVE BY!!  (Just note: to come and see my house, you must bring me a present.  haha?  no, I'm not joking.)

hmmm.. let me think.  Kara got two bottom teeth.. so cute!  She had her 4 month check up (yes, I know.. she is almost 6 months now...  better luck next time).  She now weighs 13 lbs.  She still is seeming to be my sweet, calm one.

We also went to my parents house and cut out whommypops (lollipops) for the front yard.. I will post pics. as soon as my camera's batteries charge.. (again, edge of the seat type stuff...)

We bought a new van...

the other one decided to still run .. that's good you say??  yeah, well, the key was out of the ignition!

Chris and I went to his work Christmas party where I got really addicted to playing Craps (it was fake money...)  not sure if I like playing it because I like to say the name (craps. craps. craps) or if it is really addicting.

We ran out of toilet paper today.. don't worry though, I went to the store and got some.
