We first tried to skip the little potty and go straight to the big potty. BIG MISTAKE. She fell in. Then her "yadi" (paci) fell in the toilet, too.. disater!! SO she decided she couldn't go potty unless she was on a "nink dedess potty" (pink princess potty). Usually we don't give in to those kind of "requests" if you will, but we saw a cute one at target and decided to buy it. This sucker plays music when you pee, it has lights, it converts to a stool.. it's awesome. Kate absolutely loves it. Well today I heard the music go off. I was SO EXCITED!! I ran in there to congratulate her for going potty, only to see her pouring water in the potty to make it make music. She had the biggest smile on her face and said "moogic mommy!" (music mommy).. yeah, I said.. but you are supposed to go PEE-PEE in the potty to make the music. OTAY mommy. So I go back to fold the laundry and the music goes off again. I ran in there and couldn't believe my eyes. "I pee-peed and boop-boop mommy". Well, she was pouring water in the potty again to make the music, and there was a big pile of poop and a stream of pee on the floor. The "special child" was pouring water and peeing and pooping on the FLOOR and thought that she was doing it right. Seriously, she was SO PROUD OF HERSELF... The girl cracks me up. She is so funny and doesn't even realize it. I love the way she tries to talk but can't. Anyways, she is always around to make me laugh.. even if it is pooping on the floor!!!

boop-boop
OH. MY. GOSH. I have started the world of potty training my middle, Kate. Wow. That's all I have to say. Well, no it isn't. You know, they say that girls are easier to potty train than boys. I beg to differ. Noah was SO EASY to potty train. I just waited and he kind of potty trained himself. Sure I had to tell him several times that his closet wasn't a "litter box" or when he got out of the bathtub I had to run after him (he enjoyed peeing in front of the oven because he could see the stream). All-in-all though, when he wore underwear he only had ONE accident. It was great. Kate is an entirely different story. She already dances to the beat of a different drummer. She is my free-spirited, never get an ulcer, fun-loving, baby girl.

I think that's one of the funniest things, or most disgusting things, I've ever read.
I'm going to print this out and give it to anybody that might want to call themselves Kate's "boyfriend" in about 15 years.
HA HA HA!!!!!!! That is great stuff!
Sorry Linz...you can't be in my club. I think you *know* the requirements and I am not going to post them here because it will make me look like a very twisted person with an even more twisted sense of humor.
You inspire me, but more importantly keep me sane---or are insane with me. Happy now?
I think this is the best story I have ever read!
I don't even know what to say. That's gross. If I had any inkling to have children it's now gone...thank you.
Yes too funny, you did inspire me. I imagine all these potty training stories start to sound kind of similar! And I anticipate lots and lots of accidents before we get it right!
AJ went number 2 in her "princess" panties which I refused to clean. I made her put them in a trash bag and throw them in the big dumpster. She cried the would time. Never happen again though!!!!
