After he read to the class we met Kate's class in the cafeteria, followed by Noahs for the Christmas Feast. it was so fun! They had the HS orchestra playing, and some ... uh.. "good" turkey and stuffing. Some things never change with cafeteria food! It was nice getting to sit with our kids and eat. We are very thankful and blessed to have these special moments with them.

Polar Express Day
So today lead us to Pajama Day/Polar Express day and Christmas Feasts at the kids school. Chris was also a mystery reader for Noahs class today. The "mystery reader" leaves 5 clues about themselves and the kids have all week to figure out who their reader is. Chris read IF YOU GIVE A MOOSE A MUFFIN, and brought in a plate of muffins to Noah's class. Now, it might seem a little much to bring in muffins just becuase you are reading a book about muffins, and in most schools you are right. Not at this school. Poor Chris was competing with someone who brought in a clown and made balloon animals because their book was about a circus, someone else brought in their own cookies, etc. Anyways, that's the kind of stuff these parents do, so in "keeping up with the Jones'" Chris brought the muffins in.
